Haslam Is Fastest At MotorLand Aragon

Leon Haslam will start Sunday’s opening race of the 3rd round of the Eni FIM Superbike World Championship from the pole, after a 1:49.664-second lap on Saturday on the new MotorLand Aragon configuration left the Englishman 0.033 seconds ahead of his nearest rivals Chaz Davies and Tom Sykes.

Friday’s World Superbike activity at MotorLand Aragon ended with the Kawasaki Racing Team leading the way. KRT rider and 2013 World Superbike champion Tom Sykes led the standings until the final minute, when he was displaced by championship leader Jonathan Rea.
