After heavy rainfall earlier this week and the National Weather Service predicting more significant amounts of rainfall throughout the weekend, officials with Smoky Mountain Speedway have decided to re-schedule the Tennessee Tipoff Classic weekend from its original date of March 13-14 to its new date of April 24-25.
