WAYCROSS, Ga. – The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series has named Dunn-Benson Ford as the title sponsor of the Rookie of the Year program.
In addition to their sponsorship of the Rookie of the Year program, Dunn-Benson Ford will provide the official pace vehicle for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in 2014. Carlton and Kemp Lamm, owners of the Dunn-Benson Ford dealership, have been involved in the sport for many years and have increased their partnership with the series over the past several years.
This year’s Dunn-Benson Ford Rookie of the Year program will pay $10,000 cash, plus product awards, to the top rookie driver that earns the most points over the course of the season. The Rookie of the Year runner-up will receive a $2,500 cash award at the series year-end awards banquet.
“We look forward to another great year of supporting the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and expanding our sponsorship to include the Rookie of the Year program,” said Kemp Lamm, co-owner and General Manager of Dunn-Benson Ford. “We feel the LOLMDS is the premier super dirt late model series in the country and we look forward to seeing some new young stars compete for the Rookie of the Year in 2014.
