TUCSON, Ariz. – Billy Moyer scored his first victory of the 2013 season Saturday night during round five of the Winter Extreme series at Tucson Int’l Raceway.
The legendary driver from Batesville, Ark., led every lap en route to the victory, with Tim Fuller coming across the finish line in second position.
Local favorite R.C. Whitwell was third, followed by Morgan Bagley and Justin Kay. Jason Krohn won the companion USRA modified feature.
