Bollinger Is 16th Winner In 17 Races
PEORIA, Ill. — Ray Bollinger became the 16th different winner in 17 events on the DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals Monday night at Peoria Speedway. Bollinger picked up $1,000 for the win.
Bollinger held off a late race challenge from NASCAR veteran Kenny Wallace, earning his second career Summit Modified Nationals win. Wallace finished second after a spirited battle with third-finishing Mike Harrison. Steve Lach finished fourth and current Summit Modified Nationals point leader Gabe Menser rounded out the top five.
