Shirley Maintains Hell Tour Momentum

PEORIA, Ill. – Brian Shirley cruised to his third ‘Hell Tour’ win Monday night at Peoria Speedway.
Shirley dominated from flag-to-flag picking up the $5,000 top prize on the tour’s 17th stop.
Dennis Erb, Jr. drove to a second place finish ahead of defending champion Shannon Babb. Babb started outside of current point leader Shirley in the 40-lap main event and wound up third in the final rundown.
Scott James and Billy Drake rounded out the top five.
The tour returns to action Tuesday night at Jacksonville (Ill.) Speedway for a $5,000-to-win event.
