Rain Sinks NHRA Four-Wide Nationals Drills
CONCORD, N.C. — Afternoon rain showers and the possibility of severe weather in the area forced NHRA officials to cancel the Friday qualifying sessions for the Dollar General NHRA Four-Wide Nationals midway through the Pro Stock category Friday at zMAX Dragway.
Shane Gray, Denver, Colorado has a leg up on his first career No. 1 qualifier behind the wheel of the Gray Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro as the provisional Pro Stock No. 1 with a time of 6.601 seconds at 210.67 mph.
