1. Donny Schatz
No. 15 J&J Sprint Car, World of Outlaws
Schatz romped to his 18th World of Outlaws triumph of the season Saturday at Princeton Speedway in Minnesota.
The victory gave Schatz a career-high in victories for a season. He won 17 events last year, and owns 69-career WoO triumphs.

Torco Chevrolet Cobalt, NHRA Pro Stock
Connolly solidified his spot atop the NHRA Pro Stock points with his fifth-consecutive victory.
3. Dario Franchitti
No. 27 Canadian Club Honda, IndyCar Series
The IndyCar champion finished 17th in his stock-car racing debut in Friday’s ARCA race at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway.
4. Jeff Gordon
No. 24 DuPont Chevrolet, Nextel Cup Series
Gordon took the lead on the last lap and posted his fifth victory of the season Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway.
5. Jimmie Johnson
No. 48 Lowe’s Chevrolet, Nextel Cup Series
Johnson finished second and lost the point lead to Gordon after a thrilling finish Sunday at Talladega, Ala.
6. Jon Fogarty/Alex Gurney
No. 99 Gainsco Pontiac, Grand Am Rolex Series
Fogarty and Gurney set the Grand Am Series single-season victory record and are already planning next season.
7. Lewis Hamilton
No. 2 McLaren Mercedes, Formula One
Hamilton crashed out of Sunday’s Chinese Grand Prix and leads Fernando Alonso by three points heading into the season’s final race.
8. Sebastien Bourdais
No. 1 McDonald’s Panoz, Champ Car World Series
Bourdais, who will jump to Formula One next season, has just two Champ Car World Series events left in his career.
9. Joey Saldana
No. 9 JEI Sprint Car, World of Outlaws
Saldana finished second in Saturday’s World of Outlaws event at Minnesota’s Princeton Speedway.
10. Jon Stanbrough
No. 53 Foxco Sprint Car, Non-Winged Sprint Cars
The racing season in Indiana is coming to a close, but Stanbrough’s numbers still stand above the rest.
Honorable Mention
Allan McNish and Rinaldo Capello powered their Audi R-10 to victory in the Petit Le Mans American Le Mans Series sports-car race at Road Atlanta Saturday afternoon.
