Nos. 99/60 NASCAR Sprint Cup/Nationwide Series
Edwards makes his 2008 Power Rankings debut at the top of the charts following back-to-back victories at California and Las Vegas. He also challenged for a Nationwide Series victory this past weekend before being wrecked by eventual winner Mark Martin. The Sprint Cup Series now travels to Atlanta, where Edwards has won before


2. Billy Moyer

No. 21 Moyer Victory Circle Late Model
Prior to a break from touring competition, Moyer recorded six victories, 12 top fives and 14 top 10s in 18 starts this season.

3. Tony Schumacher

U.S. Army Dragster, NHRA Top Fuel
Schumacher already has one Wally and a semi-final finish on his resume this season.

4. Donny Schatz

No. 15 J&J Sprint Car, World of Outlaws
The World of Outlaws finally got back on track this past weekend and Schatz motored to a second-place finish at Manzanita.

5. Kyle Busch

Nos. 18/51 Toyotas, Sprint/Nationwide/Craftsman Truck Series
Busch captured the Sprint Cup pole at his hometown track, but finished 11th.  He is second in points in NASCAR’s top two series.

6. Jason Meyers

No. 14 KPC Sprint Car, World of Outlaws
Meyers picked up his second victory of the season by running away with the Cactus Classic at Manzanita.

7. Alex Gurney/Jon Fogarty

No. 99 Gainsco Pontiac, Grand Am
The defending Grand Am champions are now less than a month away from getting back on track at Homestead, Fla.

8. Kimi Raikkonen

No. 1 Ferrari, Formula One
Raikkonen is set to begin defense of his World Driving Championship March 16 at the Australian Grand Prix.

9. Todd Bodine

No. 30 Toyota Tundra, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
A long-awaited victory at Daytona Int’l was followed by a second-place finish at California.

10. Ryan Newman

No. 12 Alltel Dodge, Sprint Cup
The Daytona 500 winner has yet to finish out of the top 15 so far this season. He was 15th at Las Vegas.
