Hamilton Quick During Brazil GP Drills

SAO PAULO, Brazil — McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton continued to dominate during the second practice for the season-ending Grand Prix of Brazil Friday afternoon.
Hamilton’s best lap was 0.274 seconds quicker than that of point leader Sebastian Vettel with the top nine cars separated by less than one second.
Hamilton set his best time of one minute and 14.026 seconds on Pirelli’s medium rubber, and Vettel got closest with 1 minute and 14.300 seconds before everyone switched to race runs.
Behind them Mark Webber was again on strong form in the second Red Bull with Ferrari teammates Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso rounding out the top five.
