VP Racing Fuels Joins SVRA

SOUTHLAKE, Texas — The Sportscar Vintage Racing Ass’n has reached an agreement naming VP Racing Fuels as the Official Racing Fuel of SVRA.

The terms of the agreement will include availability of VP Racing Fuels at selected events, including the U.S. Vintage Racing National Championship as well as providing up-to-date racing fuel information and advice to all SVRA competitors.

SVRA President and CEO, Tony Parella, commented, “We’re excited to partner with VP Racing Fuels as their products fueled many of our competitors’ vehicles when they originally raced, long before they were considered Vintage. SVRA members are passionate about their vehicles and VP’s catalog of specially formulated race fuels as well as products tailored to treat the problems associated with today’s ethanol based pump gasoline are sure to be popular with our members. Having the spectrum of VP Racing Fuel products available at the U.S. Vintage Racing National Championship will provide our racers with the optimal fuel for their race car; a key element in their quest for a national championship title.”

Jim Kelly, VP’s Eastern Regional Manager-Race Fuels, stated, “SVRA events feature everything from 200 mph F-1 cars to classic beauties like Bugattis and Ferraris on track. These incredible cars provide a great show for fans, an excellent opportunity to see these cars up close and interact with the owners, drivers and teams that maintain them. VP’s sales and tech support staff will be on hand to discuss our variety of fuels and support yet another important part of motorsports history.”
