K&N Forms Partnership With Big Kahuna
DENVER, Colo. – M1 PowerSports has formed a new partnership with K&N Engineering that names K&N Air Filters as the official air and oil filter supplier of the 2012 Triumph Big Kahuna Triple Crown.
“K&N prides itself in supporting the highest quality of racing and racers in all forms of motorsports. Supporting and getting involved with these race venues showcases the talents of today’s top racers. It is events like these that drive us to continue to build and market the products we have produced for the past 40 years K&N’s involvement in the 2012 Big Kahuna Triple Crown Superbike events are no different,” said Johnny Jump, brand manager, K&N Engineering. “We are very excited to support racing at this level that will drive fans to these events and hopefully continue to grow this sport for the future of racing.”
The Triumph Big Kahuna Miami will set fire to the South Beach scene Sept. 21-23 when M1 PowerSports and AMA Pro Road Racing roll into Homestead-Miami Speedway for the first time since the 1996 season.
Following that, the season will come to a close at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, La. during the weekend of Oct. 5-7.
