Ickler Returning To Red Horse No. 7
MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Brian Ickler will return to NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition this season to drive the Red Horse Racing No. 7 Bullet Liner Toyota Tundra.
“I am really glad to be back in the Camping World Truck Series and driving for Red Horse Racing,” Ickler said. “The Truck Series is a lot of fun and the competition this year will be great. I am anxious to get back on track in the new Toyota Tundra and get Red Horse and Bullet Liner to victory lane.”
“We are excited to be involved in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series,” said Burtin Polymer Laboratories President H.D. “Scooter” DeLaune. “We have chosen Red Horse Racing and Brian Ickler to help promote our brand. The intent is to bring public awareness to Bullet Liner products. Hopefully we can win a few races as well; that would be an added bonus.”
Ickler has 22 career starts in the Camping World Truck Series, with six top-five and 10 top-10 finishes with one pole award.
The 28-year-old has also started eight NASCAR Nationwide Series races.
Ickler cut his teeth off-road racing when he was 14 years old and by the age of 17 was named the SCORE Rookie of the Year, Lite champion. He has victories in the SCORE Baja 1000, Baja 500, and San Felipe 250.
The Poway, Calif., native has made 43 starts in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series (East and West divisions), earning seven wins and five poles.
