SEBRING, Fla. - Intersport Racing officials have withdrawn from the LMP1 class for Saturday's 12 Hours of Sebring as a result of a major crash while testing Monday at Sebring Int'l Raceway.

Driver Jon Field was unhurt in the crash between turns nine and 10 Monday on the 3.7-mile, 17-turn road course. The team determined that the right rear suspension failed on the car, which caused the accident.
