II. ELIGIBILITY: 
The Giveaway is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. ("Territory") and must be a registered online member of nationalspeedsportnews.com.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Fatheadz or NSSN, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway or supplying the prize, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (individually and collectively, "Entities"), members of their households and immediate families are not eligible to enter or play. "Members of households" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Members of immediate families" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouses.

III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER:
 On-line entries will be accepted commencing at 12:00:00 A.M., Monday, February 18th, and ending at midnight (12:00 P.M.), Friday, December 12th ("Term"), the Giveaway may only be entered online by a registered nationalspeedsportnews.com user ("Member"). For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules") all times is Eastern Standard Time. Limit one submission into the Giveaway per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify nationalspeedsportnews.com if you change e-mail address ("Address") via the Contact Us link at the nationalspeedsportnews.com website.
All Entries must be received or credited by midnight prior to each drawing date of the Giveaway. Regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address, only one (1) On-line Entry per person/Address per Day is permitted.
Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, invalid, late, lost, misrouted, non-delivered; or any technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered.

IV. PRIZE: 
If you are the winner ("Winner"), we'll send you one (1) pair of Regular Fatheadz Sunglasses. (Approximate value $99.50.) The prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by the Winner within the given time stated in the e-mail sent to the Winner, after which no alternate winner will be neither selected; nor unclaimed prize awarded. Only one (1) pair of Regular Fatheadz Sunglasses may be awarded per person during the Term of this Giveaway.
Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer the prize or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Sponsor is not responsible for circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill all elements of the prize, and Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remaining elements, if any, of the prize.

V. HOW AND WHEN A WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED: 
In a random drawing on or about each of the drawing dates (for a complete list of drawing dates please see below), a potential Winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received and credited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received and credited. Many will enter; only one (1) per drawing date will win.
The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about each of the drawing dates. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements. Disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and the selection by random drawing of an alternate Winner, time permitting, may result from any of the following: [1] potential Winner's failure to respond to e-mail notification within five (5) days from the date of receipt; [2] the return of potential Winner's e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notification or the prize as undeliverable; [4] potential Winner's failure to provide satisfactory proof to Sponsor of his/her age, identity and residency [5] any other non-compliance with Rules.

VI. CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: 
Each entrant by entering this Giveaway agrees that: [1] he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; [2] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged; [3] he/she releases and holds harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Giveaway or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Giveaway information; [4] Winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use Winner's name, address (city and state only), for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Giveaway, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Giveaway; and in such event, to select a Winner by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension; [6] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the Winner; [7] Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process; [8] any portion of the prize not accepted or used by the Winner will be forfeited and [9] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the Winner to accept or use the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.
