		<description>As a long time road racing fan I agree with your opinion of the rules package for Grand Am. I watched 12 of the 24 hours on Speed. The contrived restart procedures &quot;helped&quot; keep it interesting till the end. I would have watched it ether way. The merger is what is going to bring back &quot;some&quot; fans.  Road racing in the US is never going to have the same appeal as circle track racing. We just need someone running the show that won&#039;t screw it up. I would rather have that be someone other than NASCAR, but that&#039;s all we have.</description>
