While NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series banquet, which wrapped up the season Friday night in Las Vegas, often seems contrived and a mere formality to its participants, quite the opposite was on display Saturday night at the ARCA Racing Series banquet held in Covington, Ky., across the Ohio River from Cincinnati.
