To know that my ears heard the last time his great voice boomed "It's a new track record!" helps little to bear the loss. I look forward to a fitting tribute this coming May, and will fly my autographed track flag with pride. Thoughts and prayers with Tom's family, and may those gone before cheer him out of turn four and onto the long front straightway of Heaven with a rousing chorus: "...and he's ON it!"
