STRONGSTOWN, Pa. – Following a nearly two hour rain delay, Dog Hollow Speedway was able to get another historic event in the record books, as the BRP Modified Tour brought the big-block modifieds to Dog Hollow Speedway for the first time and with Kevin Hoffman finding victory lane.
