PORT COLBORNE, Ontario – Chris Bellamy crossed the finish line first at the conclusion of the PC Works DIRTcar Sportsman feature on a picture perfect Sunday evening at the New Humberstone Speedway. However the Sportsman feature is unofficial pending tech.

In other action at the Port Colborne oval, Rob Ledingham won his first Cosco Haulage RUSH Late Models feature. Rick St. Pierre picked up the victory for the Vintage Cars. Kyle Pelrine claimed his first career JC Auto Street Stocks feature. Brandon Iudiciani won his first TC Decals Mini Stocks feature of the season. Sam Pennacchio won his fifth Mike Knapp Ford Pro 4 Trucks main event.

Austin Wood and Chris Bellamy were on the front row for the PC Works DIRTcar Sportsman 25 lap main event. Brad Rouse and Darrell Farraway came together in turn one to slow the field down for the first time. Both Rouse and Farraway went pitside to get attention from their crews and both drivers were able to restart the feature at the back of the pack. Wood would lead the first lap as James Michael Friesen would battle Cody McPherson for third place. Farraway would spin in turn one to bring out the caution on lap two. The restart would see Bellamy take over the lead as Friesen would go to work on Wood for second place.

Defending track champion Gary Lindberg would pass Jordan Cosco to move into fifth place on lap four just as McPherson would pass Friesen to take over third. Lindberg would continue to work his way through the field as he would take over fourth from Friesen on lap 10 and started to move in on third place runner McPherson. The leaders would hit lap traffic at the halfway point as Bellamy would continue to show the way over Wood, McPherson, Lindberg, and Friesen in the top five. Lindberg would catch McPherson on lap 17. Bellamy would pull away from the field and cross the line first. The results are unofficial pending tech. Wood would cross the line in second and was followed by McPherson, Lindberg and Friesen.

Bill Gill and Rob Pietz led the Cosco Haulage RUSH Late Models to the green flag for their 20 lap feature event with Pietz showing the way. Jorden Peters would pass Gill to move into second as Paul Grigsby raced in third with Gill and Rob Ledingham in fifth place early on. Peters and Grigsby would battle for second place and Grigsby cleared Peters on lap five and began to run down Pietz. The top three would pull away from Ledingham and Luke Carleton at the halfway point.
