Stewart Smokes Oshweken Foes

OHSWEKEN, Ontario – NASCAR star Tony Stewart invaded Ohsweken Speedway Monday night and stormed to victory in the sprint-car division at the Canadian venue.
Stewart transferred from his B-Main and started 17th in the sprint-car feature. From there he worked his way through the field, eventually taking the lead away from Glenn Styres en route to victory.
Styres finished second ahead of Jessica Zemken in third.
Jack Myers (thunder stocks), Steve Hess (mini stocks) and Lee Hils (bombers) were also winners at Oshweken Speedway Monday night.
Stewart will return to Ohsweken tonight when the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series invades the three-eighths-mile dirt track.
