Owens Pockets $15,000 At Magnolia

COLUMBUS, Miss. – Jimmy Owens took home $15,000 for his victory in the Cotton’ Pickin 100 Saturday evening at Magnolia Motor Speedway.
The veteran dirt-late-model racer held off a challenge from Billy Moyer to win the ninth running of the event at the three-eighths-mile dirt oval.
Mike Marlar was third, followed by Scott Bloomquist and Don O’Neal.
