Shell Is Dominant At Kingsport

KINGSPORT, Tenn. — Zeke Shell turned in the most dominant performance of the season Friday at Kingsport Speedway by leading flag to flag for his third NASCAR Whelen All-American Series “Dalton Direct Carpets” Late Model Stock feature win on Celebrity’s Hot Dogs Night at the Races.

Shell started outside the front row and took the lead from the start, leading all 60 laps of the three-eighths-mile asphalt oval.

Polesitter Ronnie McCarty finished second with Chad Finchum, Paul Nogradi Jr. and Kres VanDyke filling the top five.

Nick Cole won the street stock race and Kenny Absher topped the pure 4 feature. Bruce Crumbley won the rookie pure 4 event and Jacob Owens and Derek Lane split Legends Car features.
