Whitener Goes At East Bay

GIBSONTON, Fla. — Mark Whitener started from the pole and led wire to wire to win Saturday night’s 25-lap late-model feature at East Bay Raceway Park.

While Whitener set the pace throughout, Keith Nosbisch put on a show on the third-mile dirt track, rallying from 16th to finish second. Bryan Bernhardt was third ahead of Travis Varnadore and Kyle Musselman.

Austin Sanders won the modified feature and Darrell Taylor claimed the four-cylinder bomber victory. Jeff Rodgers celebrated his 24th wedding anniversary with a street stock triumph.
