Fisher Flies At Skagit

ALGER, Wash. — The largest crowd of the season watched all the point leaders at Skagit Speedway win features on Mid-Season Championship Night Saturday.
Eric Fisher was the class of the 410 sprint car division, taking the lead from Barry Martinez on the sixth lap and pacing the remainder of the 25-lap event on the three-tenths-mile dirt track.
Martinez finished second ahead of Trey Starks, Chad Hillier and Kevin Smith.
Trevor Turnbull dominated the 360 sprint car main, leading all 25 laps and beating Alan Munn to the checkered flag.
Steve Parker won the sportsman sprints feature and Freddie Vela topped the hornet main event.
