CORONA, Calif. — Jasper Engines has signed on as title sponsor of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Road To Wheatland bonus program.
The bonus program will reward participants who follow the Lucas Late Model Series throughout its 2008 schedule, which is set to begin with the 32nd annual East Bay Winternationals at East Bay Raceway in Gibsonton, Fla., and ending at the recently announced SuperClean Diamond Nationals May 9-10 at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo.
After starting at East Bay, the Jasper Engines Road To Wheatland includes stops at Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway (March 29), Screven Motor Speedway (April 4) in Sylvania, Ga., Golden Isles Speedway (April 5) in Brunswick, Ga., K-C Raceway (April 12) in Alma, Ohio, Bedford (Pa.) Speedway (April 25), Hagerstown (Md.) Speedway (April 26), and Kentucky Lake Speedway (May 2-3) in Calvert City, Ky.
The Diamond Nationals, scheduled for May 9-10, will pay $40,000 to the winner. Races from the Diamond Nationals will be broadcast by tape delay on ESPN2, Speed and the Versus network.
