Marlar's Two-For-Two
Battle of the Bluegrass, Bluegrass Speedway, Bardstown, Ky.
BARDSTOWN, Ky. — Mike Marlar won Bluegrass Speedway’s annual Spring Sizzler for the second-straight year Saturday night, pocketing $3,000 for defending his title from the year before.
With the victory, Marlar also became the all-time leader in victories in the O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series with 11.
Marlar took the lead on lap 18 of the 30-lap feature and finished comfortably ahead of Victor Lee in second. Jordan Bland, Tyrel Todd and Don O’Neal rounded out the top five.
