Decker Banks Fulton 25Gs

FULTON, N.Y. — Billy Decker earned $25,000 for winning the Victoria 200 dirt modified race for the first time in his career Saturday night at Fulton Speedway.
Decker started fourth and took the lead on lap 106. With a record crowd on hand, Decker held off Steve Paine and Gary Tomkins for the victory.
“We weren’t that good in the first 100. I really didn’t think we had a shot at it. But my crew went to work and made the changes we needed,” said Decker.
Paine finished second, with Tomkins, Jimmy Phelps and Ronnie Johnson rounding out the top five.
