IMCA Modifieds Spring Nationals, Beatrice (Neb.) Speedway
Race One
BEATRICE, Neb. — Jordan Grabouski led the last five laps to win the rain- delayed Spring Nationals opening feature for IMCA Modifieds at Beatrice Speedway Saturday afternoon.
Grabouski caught Ben Seidler for the front spot on lap 21 and held on for the $1,000 triumph.
Seidler finished second, with Johnny Saathoff, Ricky Alvarado and Ronnie Wallace filling the top five.
A field of 80 modifieds was on hand.
Benji Legg won the SportMods feature.

Race Two
BEATRICE, Neb. — Johnny Saathoff won his fifth Spring Nationals IMCA Modified feature in 11 years, while Jordan Grabouski came oh-so-close to winning his second on the same day at Beatrice Speedway.
Saathoff regained the lead with 10 laps left in the Saturday-evening event, then ran in front the rest of the way to take the $1,500 triumph ahead of fellow Beatrice hotshoes Grabouski and Dave Trauernicht.
His collection of Spring Nationals hardware also includes trophies from 1997, 2001, 2002 and 2006.
Grant Junghans and Marlyn Seidler filled the top five.
Brett Moffitt won the SportMod feature.
