CANTLEY, Quebec — Danny O’Brien raced to victory as the final 29 laps of Friday night’s Mr. DIRTcar 358-Modified went green at Autodrom Edelweiss.
Mario Clair finished second and Carey Terrance was third.
Mike Adderley and Clément Therrien rounded out the top five and O’Brien’s brother, Pat, who had battled with Danny for the lead early in the race, finished sixth.

WEST LEBANON, N.Y. — The winningest driver in Lebanon Valley Speedway history added another trophy to his case on Saturday night as Kenny Tremont captured the 36th Annual ‘Race of Kings’ Mr. DIRTcar 358-Modified Series Championship.
“The restarts are so important out here and we were good on all of them tonight,” said Tremont as he climbed atop the roof of his No. 115 S&S Asphalt Special in victory lane as thunder clapped in the background and lightning flashed across the sky overhead. “Its always nice to win at the end of the season and this race has a lot of history to live up to.”
Four-time race winner Brett Hearn settled for runner-up laurels ahead of recently crowned Lebanon Valley 358-Mod points champion J.R. Heffner, Ray Hoard and Danny Johnson. Alan Johnson, Roy Bridge, Ryan Larkin and Ric Hill earned guaranteed starting berths in the 358-Modified Championship scheduled for Oct. 6 during Super DIRT Week XXXVI in Syracuse.
