Babb Scores At Hagerstown

Shannon Babb has proven to be a quick study in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. With his flag-to-flag victory in Saturday night’s 26th annual Conococheague 50 at Hagerstown Speedway, Babb won in his first start at the historic half-mile oval. It was his third victory of the season.
