CONCORD, N.C. — The Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series event scheduled for this weekend at the Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway has been canceled due to the bleak weather forecast.
Track officials spoke with the National Weather Service and based what they had to say, the decision was made to cancel the entire weekend to save everyone from driving down only to get rained out. World of Outlaw officials were also wanting a decision by today, since many of the teams are waiting in Phoenix where the series will compete next weekend.
The next event for the Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway will be March 29 when the Golden State Challenge King of California Series and Western States Modifieds share the bill for an exiciting night of action.
