Cush Job: Martin Gets It Done At New Egypt

NEW EGYPT, N.J. — Reigning American Racing Drivers Club midget champion and point-leader Andy Martin rode the cushion to victory Saturday night at New Egypt Speedway.
Starting 13th in the 25-lap event, Martin immediately went to the high groove and started passing cars.
He was fifth after five laps, and on lap nine sailed around leader Bruce Buckwalter to take the lead.
From there it was a runaway, with Martin romping to a commanding victory.
Ryan Watt finished second, ahead of Eric Heydenrich, Bruce Buckwalter and Frank Polimeda.
