PUEBLO, Colo. — Todd Plemons won his second Rocky Mountain Midget Racing Ass’n feature of the season Saturday night at I-25 Speedway.
Plemons and Keith Rauch made up the front row for the start of the 25-lap event with Rauch taking the top spot on lap one. Rauch moved out to a commanding lead as Plemons and Chris Sheil battled it out for second.
A caution on lap 16 bunched the field, putting the top three nose to tail. On lap 19, Plemons powered past Rauch to take the point and held on through the final laps for the victory.
Rauch took second over Sheil, Butch Middleton and Jennifer Greenberg.
