CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Kyle Kouchinsky took top honors Saturday night in Arena Racing Charlotte’s third race of the season at Cricket Arena, but his car failed post-race inspection, leaving his victory and his tie atop the series points standings in doubt.
Kouchinsky beat out Nick Hoffman, Jeff Boyer, Josh Turner and Graham Beck to win his first Top Dog event of the year after winning the season’s first two A-main events, however his car was found to have illegal modification in post-race inspection. Arena Racing officials will review the findings and make a ruling in the coming days.
