Naughton Dominates Weekend

LANCASTER, Calif. — Rick Huseman raced his way to his first Championship Off Road Racing (CORR) Pro 4 victory, and Robert Naughton dominated the Pro Lite class as the off-road series returned to Antelope Valley Fairgrounds Saturday.
On lap 14, Pro 4 race-leader Johnny Greaves went over the K Rail coming out of turn one, and Huseman took over the lead for the final three laps, notching his first CORR Pro 4 victory.
Scott Douglas finished second and Steve Barlow rounded out the podium.
In the Pro Lite division, Naughton started from the pole and led every lap en route to a dominating victory.
A resilient Kyle LeDuc, who spun in turn one and charged from the rear of the field, took second and Casey Currie held onto third.

LANCASTER, Calif. — Championship Off Road Racing (CORR) wrapped up a weekend of racing Sunday at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds with Rob Macachren winning for the fourth time this season in the Pro 2 class and Robert Naughton running away with a victory in the Pro Lite division.
Naughton pulled away to a comfortable margin after the mandatory caution on lap eight. At the end, it was Rick Huseman in second and Casey Currie placing third.
In the Pro 2 class, former dirt-bike champion Jeremy McGrath earned his first CORR podium with a second-place finish behind Macachren.
In the Pro 4 division, Johnny Greaves took home a controversial victory after wrecking Carl Renezeder. Huseman finished second and Travis Coyne completed the podium. Greaves was docked nine points for aggressive driving.
