Polesitter Leads 30 At Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Danny Smith won his second O’Reilly Midwest All Star Series sprint-car feature at Bloomington Speedway Friday night.
Smith started on the pole and led all 30 laps to bank the $2,000 top prize.
Smith held off repeated challenges from Kraig Kinser, who made his first sprint-car racing appearance of the season.
Jimmy Hurley, who started 10th, stole second from Kinser on the final lap of the quarter-mile oval, while Rob Standridge and A.J. Bruns rounded out the top five.
