TUCSON, Ariz. — Ben Gregg captured his fifth American Sprint Car Series Southwest Region victory of the season by topping Saturday night’s 25-lap feature at United Sports Arizona Race Park.
Shawn Sander paced the field over the early portion of the race before Gregg took command. Fending off Rick Ziehl over the final portion of the race, Gregg ultimately lapped up to fifth place.
Gregg and Ziehl were chased to the stripe by Sander, with Billy Chester III and Steve Martin rounding out the top five.
