HOGANSBURG, N.Y.
Steve Poirier passed Lance Yonge with four laps remaining to take Saturday night’s Empire Super Sprints feature at Mohawk Int’l Raceway.
Poirier collected $2,000 for the victory.
Yonge, who led the first 21 laps of the race, held on for a second-place finish.
Tommy Wickham finished third, while Alain Bergeron and Perry Francis rounded out the top five.
