Last-Lap Pass Lifts Brown In Sedalia Sprint

SEDALIA, Mo. — Taking advantage of a late caution flag, Brian Brown won the third annual Bob Ramey Memorial sprint-car race sanctioned by the O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors Sunday night at Missouri State Fair Speedway.
Jason Johnson led from the green flag, while Brown battled with Jack Dover, Tony Bruce, Jr. and Danny Lasoski. Brown took second on lap 19 of the 20-tour affair and quickly reeled in Johnson.
On the last lap, Brown made his run at Johnson and won the race into turn three to take the victory.
Johnson finished second, with Bruce, Danny Lasoski and Dover rounding out the top five.
