Peter Murphy won the 25-lap finale knowing he had the title wrapped up before the green flag waved.
After starting sixth, Murphy passed Danny Faria for the point and cruised the remaining 14 laps to record his sixth victory of the season. Faria, who was denied the doubleheader sweep on the day, settled for second.
