New Egypt Victory Is Second For Carber

NEW EGYPT, N.J. — Michael Carber was the big winner in the Saturday night URC Bar’s Leaks Sprint feature at the New Egypt Speedway.
Carber, driving the Guy Howie-owned URC sprinter, earned $2,000 for his victory in the 25-lap feature.  Carber took the lead on lap four from Dave Betts and then went on unchallenged to score his second triumph of the season.
URC point-leader Curt Michael finished second ahead of J.J. Grasso, Betts and Brian Seidel.
