Crawley, Gray On Top

MALDEN, Mo. — Tim Crawley won the 25-lap O’Reilly United Sprint Car Series Mid South Thunder race Friday night at Malden Speedway.
It was only Crawley’s second visit to the three-eighths-mile oval, and he made the most of it, setting a track record during qualifying at the wheel of Mike Ward’s No. 88.
From there, he dominated, leading all 25 laps of the feature.
Terry Gray finished second, with Marshall Skinner, Raymond Stull and Jerrod Hull following.

Saturday

ATWOOD, Tenn. — Defending O’Reilly United Sprint Car Series champion Terry Gray won the 30-lap O’Reilly USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour event at Clay Hill Motorsports Park Saturday night.
Gray inherited the lead from the previous night’s winner, Tim Crawley on lap 15. Crawley dropped out of the event with a suspension failure.
Gray was in control the rest of the way, holding off Bryce Vowan for the triumph. Marshall Skinner, Raymond Stull and Jerrod Hull rounded out the top five.
