ASA To Make 14 Midwest Stops

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by Echo Outdoor Power Equipment officials have released the tentative schedule for the 2008 season.
Thirteen events have been confirmed with a 14th to be announced at a later date. The Tour will visit 14 different tracks in 2008.
“We have been working overtime on getting our schedule set in stone,” ASA VP Steve Einhaus said.
“We have so many exciting things planned for 2008 that our race teams, sponsors, and our fans will be chomping at the bit to get the season kicked off.”
The schedule:
April 19, Elko Speedway, Elko, Minn.; May 4, Madison (Int’l Speedway, Oregon, Wis.; May 17, Jefferson Speedway, Jefferson, Wis.; June 13, Hawkeye Downs Speedway, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; June 22, Grundy County Speedway, Morris, Ill.; June 28, Dells Raceway Park, Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; July 5, I-94 Raceway, Sauk Centre, Minn.; July 20, Iowa Speedway, Newton, Iowa; Aug. 5, Wisconsin Int’l Raceway, Kaukauna, Wis.; Aug. 17, Raceway Park, Shakopee, Minn.; Aug. 24, The Milwaukee Mile, West Allis, Wis.; Aug. 31, Norway Speedway, Norway, Mich.; Oct. 5, La Crosse Speedway, West Salem, Wis.
