Brown Notches First PASS South Triumph
PASS South, Watermelon Capital Speedway, Cordele, Ga.
CORDELE, Ga. — Perry Brown led all but a handful of laps to capture the Pro All Stars Series South late-model victory Saturday night at Watermelon Capital Speedway. It was the Florida driver’s first triumph in the series.
The 125-lap event was slowed by 18 yellow flags with Brown leading the way. Bubba Pollard finished second, with Ryan Seig third. NASCAR Sprint Cup driver David Ragan started at the rear of the field and drove to a fourth-place finish. Michael Pope was fifth.
