DQ Hands Brown Victory

Mid-American Stock Car Series (MSCS)

WEST SALEM, Wis. — For the second-straight year, Doug Brown won the Mid-American Stock Car Series Oktoberfest 35, while James Swan wrapped up the series title.
Brown was named the race winner after Ryan Rose’s race car failed post-race technical inspection.
Jeremy Spoonmore was second and Lyle Nowak was third in the final results.
Swan finished seventh to clinch his second-straight point title.
