Supermodified Ace Moves Into First On ISMA’s All-Time Win List

LEE, N.H. — Chris Perley continued his impressive run through the ISMA season, reaching victory lane in the Ollie Silva Memorial 75 Friday night at Lee USA Speedway and tying Russ Wood for first place on the series’s all-time victories list.
It was Perley’s eighth triumph of the season and came after he took the lead from Justin Belfiore on lap 38. Mike Ordway, Jr. took over second and gave chase to Perley on lap 42 but settled for runner-up, while Belfiore finished third. Mark Sammut and Rob Summers completed the top five.
“To be tied for the top spot in the ISMA all-time wins is amazing,” Perley said. “It’s great to just be among those guys at the top.”

OXFORD, Maine — A Sunday-night victory in the Oxford Maine Classic 75 at Oxford Plains Speedway placed Chris Perley atop the ISMA all-time feature win list.
It was Perley’s second victory of the weekend, his ninth of the season and the 48th of his career. He moved ahead of Russ Wood for first on the career list, passing Wood and Bentley Warren on that list over the weekend.
He also had to beat Warren on the track on Saturday. Warren took the lead early, but Perley passed him for the point on a lap-21 restart.
“I can’t believe we took the lead in the ISMA all-time feature wins list,” Perley said. “To be in that company is just amazing. I just want to say hats off to all the crew because this car is awesome. Anybody can see it. It’s a blast to drive, and I can’t believe I just keep ending up here in victory lane.”
Warren settled for second place, with Robbie Summers third. Mark Sammut and Mike Lichty completed the top five.
