PHOENIX — Manzanita Speedway kingpin Jeremy Sherman was the class of the field as the invading USAC-CRA Sprint Car Series stopped at the half-mile dirt track Saturday night.
Sherman took the lead from Danny Sheridan on lap three and paced the remainder of the Tribute to the Bromme Family 30-lap feature, easily outdistancing fellow Arizona driver R.J. Johnson for the victory.
Mike Spencer finished third, with Tyler Brown and Jesse Hockett rounding out the top five.
