Berryman Is 13th ASCS Gulf Winner

HIGHLANDS, Texas — The Griffith Truck and Equipment ASCS Gulf South Region took to the high-banked Battleground Speedway on Saturday night with Brandon Berryman leading non-stop for his 11th career Gulf South score.

The 13th winner of the season, Berryman jumped to the lead on the start over Tommy Bryant. Challenged on late race restarts by Tommy Bryant then Blake Hahn, Berryman would not be denied the $2,500 payday.

Blake Hahn rolled across second with Tommy Bryant rolling across the line on fumes to claim third. Channin Tankersley grabbed fourth with eighth-starting Ray Allen Kulhanek completing the top five.
