Stewart Keeps Right On Winning

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — NASCAR champion Tony Stewart has had quite a week racing sprint cars.
He posted his fourth victory in a seven-day period Friday night, winning the seventh annual Rislone Sprint Nationals sanctioned by the United Racing Company at Williams Grove Speedway.
Stewart took the lead on lap four and ran uncontested to his first career win in our nation’s oldest traveling sprint cars series. He earned $4,000 for winning the 25-lap event on the historic half-mile oval.
Last Saturday Stewart won an NRA Sprint Invaders feature at Eldora Speedway. Monday he topped a 360 sprint car race at Ontario’s Ohsweken Speedway and followed that up by winning the World of Outlaws event at Ohsweken.
With Stewart taking the checkered flag first, Aaron Ott finished second ahead of Chad Trout, Robbie Stillwaggon and Davie Franek.
